Spicy Hot Ham & Cheese

4 slices bread
12 slices deli ham
4 strips bacon, cooked & drained
4 slices American cheese
margarine or butter
Weber Grill Creations N'Orleans Cajun seasoning
garlic powder
seasoning salt

Preheat oven to 350F. Butter one side of each slice of bread and sprinkle with the seasonings to taste. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and place 2 slices of bread, buttered side down, on wire rack. On each slice of bread, layer the following: one slice American cheese, 3 slices ham, 2 strips of bacon, 3 slices ham, one slice American cheese. Top with the 2 remaining bread slices, buttered side up. Place in oven and bake until cheese melts and sandwich is heated through. Before removing from oven, turn broiler on low and broil until bread is toasted and crispy, flipping to toast both sides.
